As we discover inside, we inevitably meet our thoughts.

Some are supportive. Others are critical, loud, or rooted in old survival patterns.

Mindfulness doesn’t ask us to stop thinking—it teaches us to relate differently to our thoughts.

When we observe thoughts rather than identify with them, we create space. Space allows choice.

Instead of:

“This thought is true.”

We begin to say:

“I’m noticing a thought that…”

This subtle shift can soften self-judgment and reduce emotional reactivity.

Reflection Prompt: What thoughts tend to show up when you slow down? How do they speak to you?
