The body often speaks before the mind catches up.

Tight shoulders, shallow breathing, heaviness in the chest—these sensations are not inconveniences to push through. They are signals, carrying wisdom about our emotional world.

Discovering inside means learning to listen to the body without judgment.

When we slow down, we may notice:

  • Where we hold stress

  • How emotions show up physically

  • What feels grounded, and what feels unsettled

Mindfulness invites us to be curious rather than critical. The body is not the problem—it is often the messenger.

Practice: Take one minute. Notice your breath. Scan your body. Ask gently, “What do you need right now?”
