Letting Go of Judgment While Paying Attention

As we pay attention, we often notice how quickly the mind labels experiences as good or bad, right or wrong, pleasant or unpleasant.


Judgment is not a problem — it is simply a habit of the mind. Mindfulness helps us notice judgment without getting caught in it.


When we let go of judging, we allow experiences to be as they are. This reduces resistance and emotional struggle, creating more ease and clarity.


Paying attention without judgment does not mean we approve of everything. It means we see clearly before we respond.
